Jeans to Skirt

There are tutorials for this project everywhere on the internet. I didn't follow one but rather looked at a picture and took it from there. Spring pea has a few pairs of jeans but really, honestly...she wears skirts or dresses 6 out of seven days. She is my girly girl. So hear it is....

This project was so easy! I added the white ruffle detail in the back for a little interest and additional girliness. I just ruffled the white fabric and sewed it onto the piece I inserted...VOILA!

Looks like I am not going to have to purchase much from the retail shops this season. She loves things made especially for her and I love making things AND saving some money. Win for both of us...right?
